NV Champagne Delamotte, Brut, France (magnum)

Delamotte's non-vintage Brut is composed of 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier, with the Chardonnay component drawn primarily from the great villages of the Côte des Blancs. Aged 30–36 months on its lees and finished with a 7 g/L dosage, the wine shows delicate aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and fresh orchard fruit, with gentle brioche notes from extended aging.

On the palate, a fine, creamy mousse and bright acidity frame flavors of lemon zest, green apple, and subtle pastry. Elegant and balanced, Delamotte Brut is both an ideal apéritif and a versatile partner at the table
