Eligibility

  • You must be 21 years of age or older (“legal age”) to purchase or receive wine through our platform.
  • By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol beverages in your jurisdiction and that the recipient is also of legal age.

Allocation Commitments

  • Allocation requests do not guarantee product availability. Final confirmation of allocations will be communicated prior to processing payment.
  • Once allocations are confirmed and orders processed, all sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns of wine except in cases of shipping error or damage.

Compliance With State Laws

  • Alcohol beverage shipping laws vary by state. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if purchase by you or shipping to your destination is not legally permitted.
  • We may use licensed third-party fulfillment providers to process payments and ship wine in compliance with state-specific regulations.

Payment

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us or our fulfillment providers to charge your designated payment method for confirmed orders.
  • Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Deliveries require the signature of an adult legal age.
  • Title to and ownership of wine passes to you at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided, lack of legal age signature, or carrier delays.

Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure a seamless allocation and delivery process. However, we are not liable for damages or losses arising from:

  • Delays due to carrier or regulatory restrictions
  • Acts outside of our control (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters)
  • Unauthorized use of your account credentials
