Our allocation process offers members exclusive access to limited-release wines, thoughtfully tailored to each member’s relationship with wine. Upon joining, you’ll be placed in a membership group aligned with your profile—whether you’re The Collector, seeking rare and age-worthy bottles; The Enthusiast, exploring new producers and pairing experiences; The Discoverer, uncovering hidden gems and sustainable artisans; or The Newcomer, eager to learn and refine your palate.
Each allocation is open for a set period, with maximum limits set on the wines given limited availability. During the allocation period, the wines are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Some wines are offered pre-arrival, allowing you to secure them before they reach our warehouse. To ensure every bottle arrives in peak condition, shipments are typically grouped and sent in spring and fall, unless otherwise requested.
While members are typically limited to their personal allocation, you may always indicate a request for additional bottles by emailing us. If supply permits, we will gladly accommodate your expanded request and provide an updated invoice accordingly.
Participation in each offer is entirely optional. There is no obligation to purchase during any allocation offer.

Membership in The Collective is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Access is based on registration and through referrals from existing clients and our producer partners. Registration ensures that you receive invitations to purchase wines when allocations become available.
When you join Vineyard Brands Collective, you’ll be placed in a membership tier that reflects your wine interests and experience—whether you’re a Collector, Enthusiast, Discoverer, or Newcomer. Each tier receives exclusive access to limited-release wines through seasonal allocation offers. Please note that access to certain highly limited or collectible wines may be based on prior purchase history or engagement within the program, ensuring that our most sought-after releases are first allocated to our most active members.
You can register from anywhere, but please note that shipments are only available within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
