By placing an order through vineyardbrandscollective.com, you agree to the following terms:

Legal Requirements

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages.
  • By placing your order, you confirm that you (or the recipient) are at least 21 years old.
  • Deliveries require an adult signature and valid photo ID by someone who is 21+. Alcohol cannot be delivered to visibly intoxicated persons.

Order Processing & Title Transfer

  • Your credit card will be charged by our partner, which serves as the payment processor.
  • Title to all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the State of California.
  • By requesting shipment, you authorize Vineyard Brands Collective to engage a common carrier to deliver wine on your behalf.
  • Once the wine leaves our premises, the buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment, including risk of loss or damage.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship directly to Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah.
  • We do not ship internationally.

Weather Holds & Delivery

  • To safeguard wine quality, Vineyard Brands Collective may delay shipments during periods of extreme heat or cold.
  • You may request shipment during such periods at your own risk; Vineyard Brands Collective and our freight carriers do not accept liability for weather-related damage.
  • Orders are typically shipped at the beginning of the week to minimize weekend storage at carrier facilities.

Delivery & Missed Shipments

  • Carriers will make three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful and the shipment is returned, the buyer remains responsible for the cost of product and shipping.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once transferred to the carrier. Re-routing after shipment may be requested but will incur additional carrier fees by the customer.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • No returns are accepted once wine has shipped.
  • Orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the error is on our part.
  • If your credit card has not yet been charged, you may cancel without penalty.
  • Refunds are only issued in the event of an error on our part.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.
