Membership
Membership in The Collective is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Because we are a wine-focused community, we must comply with all U.S. alcohol laws, including age restrictions.
You can register from anywhere, but please note that shipments are only available within the United States. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
Access is based on registration and through referrals from existing clients and our producer partners. Registration ensures that you receive invitations to purchase wines when allocations become available.
Not exactly. Registration gives you access to allocations, but availability is limited and often sells out quickly. Wines are offered on a first-come, first-served basis within each allocation.
At The Collective, membership is more than access to allocations — it’s an invitation to a curated, personalized wine experience. Our concierge services are designed to meet the needs of collectors, enthusiasts, and those building meaningful cellars for the future.
No. Membership in The Collective is free. You only pay for the wines you choose to purchase from your allocations.
The Collective is not a subscription service. There is no purchase requirement to join, and you will never be automatically charged. You only pay for wines that you request once your allocation is confirmed.
Yes. Beyond allocations, The Collective offers custom orders and cellar-building services. If you’re seeking a particular wine or curating a personal cellar, our team can source bottles on request and guide you in building a collection that reflects your tastes and goals.
Yes. As part of our close relationships with producers, The Collective can sometimes facilitate travel introductions and winery visit requests for members. While availability is limited and subject to the winery’s schedule, we’re happy to assist in connecting you with our partners for authentic, behind-the-scenes experiences.
The Collective offers loyalty tiers based on lifetime spend with the club. These tiers provide enhanced benefits, including first access to our most exclusive wines, invitations to special events, and personalized concierge services. The more you engage with The Collective, the greater your access and privileges become.
Each membership is intended for individual use. However, we encourage you to share your experience of The Collective with friends and family who may also wish to join; preference is given to member and producer referrals.
Concierge Services
Looking for a particular wine? Our team can source bottles on request from our portfolio of producers and beyond, ensuring you have access to the wines you love most.
Whether you are starting fresh or refining an existing collection, we offer tailored guidance on creating a cellar that reflects your taste, style, and long-term goals. From age-worthy classics to ready-to-drink gems at a variety of price points, we’ll help you balance your collection.
We understand that every member’s journey is unique. Our team provides recommendations based on your preferences, helping you discover new estates and regions while deepening your connection to the wines you already cherish.
Through our close relationships with producers, members may request assistance arranging winery visits and travel introductions. While availability depends on each estate’s schedule and we cannot guarantee a visit, we aim to connect you with authentic, behind-the-scenes experiences that bring you closer to the people and places behind the wines. We request as much lead time as possible.
From time to time, members may be invited to exclusive events, winemaker dinners, or private tastings — opportunities that enrich your journey and strengthen your connection to our producers.
You may, of course, purchase wines as gifts for friends, family, and clients, although shipping availability may vary by recipient’s state. Our team can help curate thoughtful, personalized selections.
Shipping
Each state has its own laws governing how alcoholic beverages may cross its borders. We currently cannot ship directly to Arizona, Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah. If you reside in one of these states, please contact info@vineyardbrandscollective.com to explore alternative options.
All orders are shipped via UPS 3-Day Select, unless otherwise specified. In cases of extreme weather, ice packs may be added to protect wine quality during transit.
We typically ship at the beginning of each week to help ensure wines arrive before the weekend, as we cannot control temperature conditions at freight carrier warehouses.
Allocation shipments are grouped in the spring and fall to avoid temperature extremes. Wines may be held and consolidated for shipping during these optimal windows.
If your order is eligible for immediate shipping (meaning the wine is already stateside and in our warehouse), please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Yes. We can provide a quote for Next-Day or 2-Day Air once we confirm availability and timing.
No. Our fulfillment warehouse is closed on weekends.
Please submit your order and request by Friday morning to ensure pickup and Monday departure from the warehouse. During checkout, you can also include a “Do Not Deliver Before” date.
Allocation offers are shipped directly from our winery partners’ cellars and may take up to three months to arrive, depending on the timing of the release period.
We take weather conditions seriously. Shipments may be postponed when local temperatures exceed 80°F or drop below 25°F. If you prefer to ship despite our recommendation, we can proceed at your request; however, you assume responsibility for any heat- or cold-related damage.
Due to the nature of fine wine, we do not accept returns once wine has shipped. Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the error is on our part. Refunds are only issued if Vineyard Brands Collective makes an error in processing or fulfillment.
