"This is a racy and intense, late-released blanc de blancs that spent 15 years in the bottle on yeast. Aromas of flint, iodine, brioche, butter, chalk and dried lemons with some apple. So complex. Full-bodied with round, creamy bubbles and a dense, very long finish. Rather chunky. Pristine and transparent. Disgorged in 2022. 5,000 bottles released at the beginning of 2024. Drink or hold."

"Seductive on opening, the 2007 Champagne Blanc De Blancs Collection takes on a richer straw hue and reveals more notes of candied citrus, custard, and fresh melon. Medium-bodied, it is a lovely wine with a rounded mouthfeel, seamless and refined, and so delicious now. With even-keeled acidity and a long-lasting finish, it’s approachable and charming, with layers revealing more layers as it opens. Less than 100 bottles will be released. Less than 3 grams per liter dosage, with just one disgorgement. Drink 2024-2034."

"The 2007 Collection is a rich, heady wine, displaying apricot, mango, yellow flowers, crushed rocks, spice and tropical inflections. At the time, Delamotte sourced from four villages in the Côte des Blancs: Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant. The 2007 was finished with no dosage, as is often the approach here for the Collection releases. Disgorged: October 2023."
