Forman Vineyard is a Napa Valley classic, producing Bordeaux-style wines of elegance and longevity, from the hillsides above St. Helena in the Vaca range.
Founded in 1983 by Ric Forman, one of Napa Valley’s legendary winemakers, Forman is situated on the eastern foothills of the northern side of the valley near Howell Mountain. The estate is dedicated to Bordeaux varieties, crafted with an Old World sensibility.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot form the backbone of Forman’s wines, which are known for their elegance, balance, and restraint. Rather than pursuing sheer power, Forman emphasizes harmony, fine tannins, and the ability to age gracefully.
